Feature request: Localize plan-approval dialog UI text (Accept this plan? dialog)

The plan-approval dialog (e.g. "Accept this plan?" / "Yes, and auto-accept" / "Yes, and manually approve edits" / "No, keep planning") is shown in English regardless of the language the user instructs Claude to respond in (via CLAUDE.md or in-chat, e.g. "respond in Japanese").

This UI text appears to be hardcoded in the extension/CLI shell rather than generated by the model, so it isn't affected by language instructions. It would be helpful if this fixed UI text could be localized (e.g. following the OS/VSCode locale, or a config setting).
