[BUG] `auto-accept` is not working

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.65 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: macOS 15.5
• Terminal: JetBrains Standard Terminal

Bug Description

In PyCharm with Claude Code Plugin installed, I can enable "auto-accept edits on", but it still asks me to confirm every single edit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a task
2. Enable auto-accept with shift + tab or "Yes, and don't ask again this session (shift+tab)" (both are not working)
3. Wait for the next edit

Expected Behavior

Should not ask for confirmation

Actual Behavior

Asks for confirmation
