Feature Request: Localize permission prompt UI (e.g., Korean language support)

Problem

The permission prompt dialogs (e.g., Allow this bash command?, Yes, No) are currently English-only.

Korean-speaking users interact with Claude Code entirely in Korean, but the permission UI prompts remain in English, which creates an inconsistent experience.

Request

Please consider adding i18n/localization support for the permission prompt UI so that non-English users can read and understand the prompts in their native language.

Use Case

• User language: Korean
• All conversation with Claude is in Korean
• But permission dialogs appear in English only

Supporting localization would greatly improve usability for international users.
