Feature request: localize CLI tip/hint messages (e.g. Korean)

Summary

Claude Code CLI shows tip/hint messages such as:

"Tackle your toughest work with Opus 5. Switch anytime with /model."

These are currently hardcoded in English with no way to localize them.

Request

It would be great if these UI tip/hint strings could be shown in the user's preferred language (e.g. Korean), either via:

  • An explicit language setting in /config, or
  • Auto-detection based on OS locale

This would improve the experience for non-English-speaking users who otherwise use Claude Code comfortably in their own language via conversation, but still see English-only system tips.

Context

Reported by a Korean-speaking user who noticed the tip banner is English-only and asked whether it could be localized.
