[BUG] JSON file upload to claude code has broken claude code

What's Wrong?

I uploaded multiple json files to claude code and claude code has now frozen. I now cannot create a new chat or delete the filed. Every time i bring up cladue code it comes back to that chat and freezes and is unusable. I have tried the following but nothing has worked;

Troubleshooting steps attempted:

• Force-quit the desktop app
• Reinstalled the desktop app
• Used /clear command
• Checked Console.app for crash logs (none found)
• Installed and tested the CLI version as a workaround - which i dont want to use

Current status:

• Desktop app remains frozen with no error messages
• No crash logs generated
• CLI version works independently

What Should Happen?

I should be able to delete the JSON files and claude code shouldnt freeze
