[BUG] vscode + ssh + wsl + claude code plugins loading error!

I use vscode + ssh + wsl + claude code plugins ， claude code plugin away error，loading......

but wsl ubutu use claude cli is ok， why

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude cli is ok , only vscode
2. window11 + vscode + claude code plugin is ok
3. wsl + claude code cli is ok
4. window11 + Remote Explore plugin + wsl + claude code plugin is error
