[BUG] Plugins not loading

What's Wrong?

Claude said: That confirms it — plugins.claude.ai doesn't resolve on your network, which is why the marketplace UI stays stuck on skeleton loaders. This is a known Anthropic bug (the domain either isn't live yet or isn't publicly accessible).
The good news is your plugins are already installed via the CLI. They just won't show in the Browse UI until Anthropic fixes this.
To confirm your plugins are actually working, try this in Cowork:

Start a new conversation
Type / and see if slash commands like /sales: appear
Or just ask something like "Help me prep for a sales call with Acme Corp"

The plugins should activate automatically even if the Browse UI is broken. Do the slash commands show up?I typed the /command. The slash command does not appear. The plugins.claude.ai domain doesn't exist yet or isn't publicly available, which breaks both the UI and the slash commands in Cowork.
What you can do right now:

Report it — Go to github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues and file a bug report. The more people report it, the faster it gets prioritized. Reference issue #26951 which describes the same problem.
Use Claude Code in VS Code instead — Your plugins are installed there (from earlier). In VS Code, type / in a Claude Code chat and see if the sales commands appear. It won't have the Cowork experience but the plugin skills may still work.
Watch for updates — Check claude.ai/download for Claude Desktop updates, as this is likely to be patched soon given multiple open bug reports.

I'm sorry we couldn't get it fully working — this one is genuinely blocked by an infrastructure issue on Anthropic's end rather than anything wrong with your setup. You did everything correctly.
