Session limit reached ∙ resets 3:30pm

Bug Description
I feel like the Session limit are decreasing more than it should as I started the session 11:30am approx its just half and hour and the session limit reached and will be resets on 3:30pm ideally this is not good when a service is purchased and not even a 2 hr session is not maintained with a Product.
