You've hit your session limit · resets 3:30pm (Asia/Almaty)

Question

**Bug Description**
My session limit expired last night, and I wanted to continue working just now. However, I noticed that my Fable limit has jumped from 40% to 80%, even though I haven't even used it. On top of that, my current session limit shows as exhausted, despite the fact that I just opened it and there are still 4h 24m remaining. I think this is a bug; it seems my usage was doubled just because I tried to resume my work in this  session.
