[Feature Request] Overly restrictive safety guardrails limit legitimate security testing and application hardening workflows

Bug Description
Your so called "safeguards" prevent legit work from being done; on a 200 EUR / mnth plan, i would expect to be able to use Fable to secure my app andte test. If that is not possible, i will cancel subscription - no point in paying an deepseek level model to the anthropic price; either fix it or good bye.
