Scary to see the tasks that are running and then coming back with some stale messages minutes after the request is completed

What's Wrong?

My review and fix request got completed. But minutes after that 4 different tasks that were submitted came back with the response. Luckily none of them changed any existing file. But the fact that those were running in the background, spooks me

What Should Happen?

is there anyway to find out whether any tasks are still runing even after the main request is completed, so that we can kill them?
