What's Wrong?
In the claude code section of the mobile app, it appears that some web session bring a question selector when an agent wants to clarify things. even tho the question is answered, the ui keeps bringing back the question, forever and ever in an almost instant loop. on top of being annoying it fills the screen relentlessly and blocks the user from prompting

questions should be discarded if answered or expired
