Bug Description
Claude and I were working on an OCR pipeline with fine-tuning. It’s likely that, during the process, Fable generated a mention of “BIO” in the context of fine-tuning the model. Please note that the term “BIO” itself goes beyond the scope of biology or biological weapons and is not a reliable indicator that the conversation is taking place in a dangerous domain.
