[BUG] Dangerous VSCode user permisson request!!

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In VSCode when Claude is running an I am typing something, sometimes Claude asks for permission to do something. If I am typing something to prepare the next prompt or provide additional, information, like "for step 2 you can ..." the space and "Y" approve the action (or the "N" from "can" as a No) even though I do not mean to approve it. This can lead to dangerous results!!

What Should Happen?

Claude / vscode should not accept typed text directly as feedback. Maybe only allow mouse clicks and Return (still a little risk, but less so that allowing Y/N/Space)
