Problem Statement

It doesn't matter if the fixes come from vibe coding or genuine talents. Lack of knowing if issues have been addressed is quite frustrating.

Could you please publish release changelogs for the extension, similar to other VSCode extensions? This would significantly help users avoid wasting time chasing issues and guessing whether they are fixed.
