[BUG] vscode command pallete

What's Wrong?

In vscode extension v2.1.7,
Input focus is not working. This was working in previous versions.

1. open vscode (installed Claude Code for VS Code )
2. open command pallete (command shift p)
3. run Claude Code: Open in Side Bar

focus success (old version)

1. install Claude Code for VS Code v2.1.5
2. restart extension
3. run Claude Code: Open in Side Bar
