[Bug] Claude Code ignoring user instructions and failing to execute commands

❯ How can II make sure that your habits are changed that you are referring to of not following my instructions ?it has refused ignored instrucions and wasted time again, a whole day. are you giys listening what anthropic customer is going thru?
