Claude modified files I didn't ask it to modify

What You Asked Claude to Do

I asked him to fully follow .md files, not to change production code, follow feature flag approach, redefine flow, but he totally erased production code, ignored .md files, skipped my instructions, and then asked to re-do it.

What Claude Actually Did

Claude just decided what is the best for him

Expected Behavior

Claude should have:

1. Write code according to .md rules
2. Follow my instructions
3. Follow general approach used in project.
