Bug Description
Give them these specifics — they're the evidence:

- Run 2 (failed "cloud session exceeded 30 minutes", on a small 5-file PR): https://claude.ai/code/session_01FoBLp4PpNqRtaNhj2wiWRP
- Both today (2026-08-14); both zero output; the second is especially clear-cut since it was a focused diff, so "too large" isn't the excuse — it's a 30-minute cloud timeout on their side.
