[BUG] API Error: Stream idle timeout - even small file tasks fail on Claude Code Web

What's Wrong?

어제부터 계속 발생
파일 크기 작아도 동일한 에러
모바일 네트워크에서도 동일
단일 파일 작업도 안됨

재시도해도 동일한 에러 반복
