MCP server connection timeout after ~10 minutes

Issue Description

Context7 MCP server connection fails after approximately 10 minutes of being connected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Context7 MCP server: claude mcp add -s user --transport http context7 https://mcp.context7.com/mcp
2. Check status with /mcp command - shows as "connected"
3. Wait approximately 10 minutes
4. Check status again - shows as "failed"

Expected Behavior

MCP server should maintain stable connection or gracefully handle reconnection.

Actual Behavior

Connection fails after ~10 minutes with no automatic recovery.

• Claude Code version: Latest
• MCP server: Context7 (https://mcp.context7.com/mcp)
• Transport: HTTP
