[Feature Request] Native Claude Code app should display terminal session history

Bug Description
when working in claude code terminal, the sessions and their history are not visible in the native windows claude code app. It is possible to ask to import it and then restart claude code, but it would be more easy if the native claude code app should see the claude code terminal sessions in his history list of sessions
