[BUG] usage inconsistency messages BLOCKED me

What's Wrong?

I asked for a research. It was done. Then I ask a question and got message U_sage limit reached ∙ Resets 1:10 PM ∙ limits shared with Claude Code_

I test it in another device, refresh the page. Log in anonymous windows. Always same messages: blocked with status usage in 50%

What Should Happen?

at 5hrs window 50% usage and week window in 24% i should be able to use my account.
