[BUG] Time Counter and Token Counter Display Inconsistency

What's Wrong?

The time counter and token counter in Claude Code intermittently disappear from the interface. These counters should remain visible throughout the entire session but currently fail to display consistently.

What Should Happen?

Both the time counter and token counter should remain persistently visible throughout the entire Claude Code session, regardless of status changes or task states.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Claude Code session
2. Observe that time counter and token counter are initially visible
3. Continue working until the status indicator (orange text) changes to show "to do" tasks
4. Notice that both counters disappear from the interface
