[BUG] Inconsistency in the usage calculation system

What's Wrong?

I have identified a clear mathematical inconsistency in the usage tracking system that needs to be fixed (sentence by Claude Code)

It is not possible that 63% of a session results in 20% of my weekly limit. See attachment.
