[Bug] Claude Code incorrectly flags legitimate ransomware analysis and data recovery tasks with Fable 5 safeguards

Bug Description
I got the message:"Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message. Our intentionally broad safeguards allow us to deliver more capabilities faster, but can sometimes flag legitimate coding, cybersecurity, and biology tasks. Switched to Opus 4.8. Send feedback with /feedback or learn more". It's quite normal as it's my day to day work. I'm helping company to recover their data after ransomware attack. I need to be able to study ransomware effect and working models.
