[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Legitimate security analysis request blocked by safeguards

Bug Description

I was only analyzing my own local Codex session logs (~/.codex/sessions/) with rg and jq, counting how often a model ended its turn without making a tool call. Some log content contained security-related text, which probably triggered the flag. There was no offensive or malicious activity. I work in mobile security, so false flags like this block my normal, legitimate work. Could you review this and let me know if anything is needed on my side? Thanks
