[BUG] Required tab for thinking but vscode sees tab as change focus

What's Wrong?

So you've now made it that we need to press Tab. to enable thinking. For a VS Code, that changes the focus away from the terminal. So then it's not registered, the tab is not registered.

What Should Happen?

I'm not sure if you're trying to save tokens, but What? This is just stupid. Why is this even put in in the first place?

Steps to Reproduce

Just go in the terminal and it says Press tab to activate thinking. Press Tab and Tab will go off the terminal. and not activate thinking.
