[Bug] Anthropic API Usage Limit Blocking Access Unexpectedly

Bug Description
I just got this message "Claude usage limit reached. Your limit will reset at Oct 6, 10am." It's currently 23:35 on Sep 30th 2025. Does this actually mean that I can't use claude for the next week?
