[Bug] Anthropic API Error Blocking Workflow Unexpectedly

Bug Description
Claude is continually giving me this response, "Claude Opus is not available with the Claude Pro plan. If you have updated your
subscription plan recently, run /logout and /login for the plan to take effect. " even though I'm not trying to use the opus model. And currently it's not letting me do any work at all so please deal with this bug as soon as possible. It's not letting me do anything.
