Description: After a Chrome-extension restart, every computer (screenshot), get_page_text, read_page, and find call times out with "Page still loading (executeScript waited 45000ms for document_idle)" or "Script injection timed out after 5000ms." This happens on unrelated heavy pages (mail.google.com, console.cloud.google.com) and even on a static page (example.com) tested mid-session. navigate itself works and correctly changes the tab title/URL, so the extension's messaging channel is alive — only script injection into the page is broken. Fresh tabs show the identical failure; only one browser was connected (list_connected_browsers returned a single Windows entry). A full extension restart did not fix it.

Environment: Windows 11, Brave (Chromium-based), Claude Code CLI on Windows.
