[Bug] Session lost from multiple agents screen after backgrounding with weekly limit exceeded

Bug Description
backgrounding a session after weekly usage limit is exceeded and usage credits start being used causes the session being resumed to be lost from the 'multiple agents' screen and a new session with an identical name to be launched with 0% context usage and the most recently submitted prompt from the previous identically named session to be sent automatically. the only way to resume is to fully quit claude, then restart the CLI via --resume. both sessions then appear in the 'resume' screen. Bug experienced is exclusive the CLI, not the desktop app or the web interface.
