[FEATURE] support multiple working directories in Claude CLI Agents view

Problem Statement

The agents view only seems to support one working directory.

Proposed Solution

I regularly work across about 7 different directories, some of them being worktrees of the same repo.

I would like the ability to create a new session in a different working directory from the Agents view. Also, to control the model (it reverts to the default and sometimes I want to kick it off on a different model).

Alternative Solutions

I have my own home baked Windows Terminal tab based multi-agent workflow.

The Agents view is a cool idea but it seems managing multiple working directories would be more important than multiple sessions in the same working directory (which can clobber each other).
