[FEATURE] Multiple Claude Desktop windows

Problem Statement

Kindly please consider allowing for multiple Claude Desktop windows.
Plenty of us love to just middle-click on the taskbar/dock icon and start a new window.

Proposed Solution

Allow multiple simultaneous windows.

Alternative Solutions

I know the workaround is to just use a PWA, but that doesn't have access to local files and also it's not very stable.
