[FEATURE] Allow for multiple Claude Desktop windows

Problem Statement

This request is the same but closed -- https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/58221

Not being able to open multiple Claude Desktop windows is very limiting when it comes to day-to-day work.

Proposed Solution

Allow for cmd+n to open an identical app window that can then be used for a different purpose

For example:

1. If chatting with Claude, it's not possible to simultaneously be using Claude Code in a separate window that allows for quick window switching (cmd+tab or alt+tab)

1. Not being able to open separate windows makes it hard to create "focus windows" for separate purposes (for example, one window focused on Claude Cowork focusing on task list managment and the other focused on completing one of those items)
