[Feature Request] Allow file inclusion override for Claude Code search path

Bug Description
I want to be able to exclude files from git using the gitignore without excluding them from claude. It's incredibly annoying having to change my gitignore every time I want to reference a long file deep in my directory that will not autocomplete. Reopening this issue from https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/1304.
