What's Wrong?
The model is being told that all Bash is blocked, but it's only certain commands based off my permission settings and hooks.
What Should Happen?
Claude should instead see a message similar to "this specific command is blocked" rather than "bash commands are blocked" or "running bash is prohibited".

Steps to Reproduce
Create a bunch of hooks and or permissions that deny commonly used commands invoked with commonly used patterns:
- Complete absolute path
- Prefixed CD commands
- etc.

block-all-cd.sh
Once the AI tries to run such a command, it is told that all bash (all of it) is blocked and therefore never tries again to use any bash command (echo, ls, etc. included) (until possibly after compaction).
