[Bug] Fable model unusable for coding tasks
Bug Description
Fable become unusable model for any coding tasks. you cant make any architect thins.
and you cannot create new architectural things that want to see visibility for tokens, APIs, authorization, webhooks, and all this is largely due to the politics of Antropic/Claude.

so? updates? i GOT STUCK IN THIS SAFEGUARD with my legitimate prompts!
sorry fable is currently unusable. Every second prompt be it websearch, creating an MR in gitlab etc. is stuck with this safeguard!
seeing this issue reoccur as of today 8/20 for two hours now, only for Fable 5 guardrails.
Same issue about this, I let Fable 5 to implement a task with sub-agent and it pop up the API error.
