[BUG] Fable is unusable! Constatnly switching to Opus!

What's Wrong?

Guys! This is ridiculous it is impossible to use fable 5 for anything serious, it will randomly and for no reason switch to Opus meaning it needs constant monitoring to switch back to fable, and that is when it is possible to switch back at all!

What Should Happen?

We should be able to access the model, we are paying a subscription for it.

Steps to Reproduce

Open claude code, talk about anything harmless => triggers the babysitting guardrail => get a worse model
