[BUG] prompt is unusable.

What's Wrong?

its too slow to keep up with typing, and i am not a fast typer. it is plainly missing typed characters and the lag makes typing anything correctly impossibly frustrating. this tool is not even usable as is. can not even communicate with it.

What Should Happen?

the prompt should keep up with the users typing and not miss typed characters with a huge lag to even show what characters it is catching. unusable.
