[Bug] Auto mode incorrectly determines tool permissions and capabilities with Claude Opus 5

Bug Description
el auto mode lo hace muy mal. el modelo asume muy mal a que operaciones debe tener permiso y cuales no. le falta tener mucha mucha mas inteligencia humana. el modelo opus 5 ha sido un retroceso total en las capacidades del llm
