[Feature Request] Restore full UI testing capabilities with expanded tool permissions

Bug Description
You keep changing the permissions so that Claude Code is being more and more limited with what I need it to do. It used to be able to fully test my UI and now, suddently, it stops and is requiring me to do it manually. Extremely frustrating!
