[BUG] Status display shows incorrect model description "(currently Opus)" when using Sonnet 4.5

What's Wrong?

Current behavior: Status shows "Default Sonnet 4.5 · Smartest model for daily use (currently Opus)"

• Actual model in use: claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929
• Version: Claude Code 2.0.1

What Should Happen?

Should show "Default Sonnet 4.5 · Smartest model for daily use" without the contradictory "(currently Opus)" text
