[BUG] All login codes not accepted, now unable to send email verifications.

What's Wrong?

Paid subscription payment failed, I paid once I got the email.

I then had to log back into Claude Code via terminal, I logged in via the link it opened, pasted the code exactly and it said incorrect code. I have repeated step 3 times. have restarted Mac, restarted wifi. Issue on chrome and safari, Claude Code terminal on Mac.

What Should Happen?

Claude should accept verification code, but doesn't.

Incorrect code.

Steps to Reproduce

Sign out, back in, opens webpage to login. did not allow me to login by simply clicking the button - said additional security required which was the code verification via email. once getting email code, paste into Claude Code and says incorrect.
