Unable to login to Claude Code - authentication_error

I have tried all options I can find on the internet from:
rm -rf ~/.claude
rm ~/.claude.json
to reinstalling claude, or configuring ANTHROPIC_API_KEY in .env file, it just doesn't work. I tried with another account but same problem.
So frustrating. It was working fine, I just logged out and try to login again.

I tried everything but didn't work. Then finally I did /exit and claude again and it worked. Thanks
Kinda crazy, its been reported as a bug 17 times stretching back 5 days, and there have been 4 new versions released in that timeframe with no comment of fix in sight.
