[BUG] Web search tool broken: 'web_search_20250305' tag rejected by API

Problem:
Web search returns an API error instead of results.

Error message:
Input tag 'web_search_20250305' found using 'type' does not match any
of the expected tags: bash_20250124, memory_20250818, text_editor_20250124,
text_editor_20250429, text_editor_20250728

Steps to reproduce:
Any prompt that triggers a web search (e.g. "search for X")

Expected: Search results
Actual: API 400 error
