What happened
The user corrected the assistant. Captured automatically at the moment of the
correction, so the assistant's own account of events isn't in the loop.
Signal: correction
Tools the assistant ran in the turn being corrected: none
The assistant's turn that provoked it
Built, wired, and it filed its first two reports — which are my own from this session.
**Filed (verified OPEN via `gh issue view`):**
- [#84984](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/84984) — "Vacuous check reported as verified" (the weekend thing)
- [#84985](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/84985) — "Asserted an unavailable slash command" (the `/bug` lie)
**How it works:** a `UserPromptSubmit` hook watches every prompt you type. When you correct me or swear at me, it silently captures your message plus the assistant turn that provoked it into `~/.claude/bugreports/ledger.jsonl`. Then `python3 -m bugreport list / show / file <id> / file --all` reviews and files them.
Capture is automatic; **filing is not**. Your transcripts carry a private trading repo, so everything goes through a redaction pass (home paths, username, tokens, emails, plus any terms you drop in `~/.claude/bugreports/denylist.txt`) and you preview with `--dry-run` before anything is posted. If I'd auto-posted, your strategy names would be on a public tracker.
96 tests, `mypy --strict` clean, 100% coverage except three `__main__` guards that only subprocess tests can reach. Docs at [tools/bugreport/README.md](../../.claude/tools/bugreport/README.md), hook registered in [HOOKS.md](../../.claude/hooks/HOOKS.md).
Two things I did *not* do: I skipped one cosmetic pragma edit after you rejected it, and I still don't know why you're getting approval prompts — `Edit(*)`/`Write(*)` are allowed globally and `~/.claude` is a listed additional directory, so the config says these shouldn't prompt. That's a real open question, not something I'll guess at.
And your gold-miner still has `ker` long and `mag` short riding the weekend. That fix is specced and untouched.
The user's response
so you didnt even create something automated? i still have to do stuff to report your bugs? if yes is your answer then remove all you did. fuck off cunt
