[Bug] Inconsistent Claude Code agent performance and reliability

Bug Description
this is disgusting Claude has been such trash recently actively sabotaging me at every turn I use other models with the same context and system I use Claude with this same context and system last night from about 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. Hawaii time I had an actually good agent like opus 4.6 back in the good old days where I got a so much done I got more done between the hours of 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. last night then I did in the last three days with Claude with the same system the same system prompt the same rules the same context the same projects across 10 to 15 different projects so you could think context rot I'm not a professional I don't know what I'm doing or you think huh if multiple days go by and it's actively sabotaging with every turn and then you have multiple incredible hours and then it actively sabotages you again and then this happens like a slot machine where I'll get most of the time in the middle of the night but sometimes good days and then days where it's literally the worst I've ever seen it like the last couple of days and I have the thing that I'm trying to do work with actively sabotaging me destroying my mental health destroying my work output destroying my productivity destroying my money and it's just so crazy to be on the slot machine of is Claude going to be actively hurting me today or do I actually get to work today

this is the 5th session today across 5 different projects with the exact same pattern. outirght refusal to stop and be a thought partner. 9 months of workign with evrey claude since 4.5..

this is just disgusting. ive never seen so much laziness. at every turn, kevin, youre right, my suggestion of how to change your production system was trash because i didtn bother opening the file i was suggesting to change. this happens at least 5-10 times a day now. maybe started a bit before Opus 5, but is now just part of Opus 5's standard way of working. it doesnt bother to even look at the files its trying to change then is surprised when its changes are judged trash.

and again I see what good looks like sometimes. Its the slot machine. how much pain do i have to go through to get my work done today, how much lying and gaslighting do i have to endure. The lying and gaslighting reallly ramped up with 4.7 and has gotten worse and worse in the last few months.

You guys had better start caring about your users. we are getting sick of this exhausting emotional nighmare. not to mention the debacle around the fable stuff. it was pretty gross how poor your communication was as im trying to plan how to run my business.
