Add Hungarian (hu) to supported voice dictation languages

Feature request

/voice dictation currently supports a fixed list of languages via the language setting (cs, da, nl, en, fr, de, el, hi, id, it, ja, ko, no, pl, pt, ru, es, sv, tr, uk), per the voice dictation docs. Hungarian (hu) is not on this list, so Hungarian-speaking users can't dictate prompts in their native language — setting "language": "hu" falls back to English for dictation.

Please add Hungarian to the supported dictation languages.

Context

A related issue (#57064) requesting this was auto-closed by the triage bot with "this doesn't appear to be about Claude Code," which appears to be a mis-triage — the request is specifically about the /voice dictation language list documented above. Reopening this as a fresh issue per the bot's own suggestion.
