What's Wrong?
I have now seen this multiple times lately. Claude Code makes a statement. I correct the statement, because something is wrong. Then Claude just starts to apply changes that are related to the topic we were discussing, without me ever saying that it should actually make changes. Very often this is at a stage where we are planning the correct changes, so the plan is not finished, but Claude executes it anyways. Then I have to stop Claude, we need to roll the changes back and figure out how to do it properly. It's very annoying and counterproductive.
What Should Happen?
Claude should have not made arbitrary changes on its own
